Together with Sandra, owner of the farmhouse, you will dive into the world of good Italian cuisine. During the lesson let’s learn how to prepare a complete menu. Sandra will guide you in this food and wine path and will tell you stories related to life on the farm, some curiosities about organic farming and the experience gained in more than twenty years at Podere Il Casale. The ingredients used will naturally be of their production and at the end you will taste the fruit of your work together with milk cheeses raw products in the dairy.
